At Taylor Made we have developed a variety of activities, exercises and workshop that are specifically tailored to those who are new and existing business owners. This is group session training with multiple trainers to ensure business owners get exactly what they need for success.
Taylor Made provides practical, hands-on approach to starting a business.
Participants learn from certified instructors, experts in the field of marketing, sales, financing and banking with professional guest speakers.
Taylor Made comprises a dedicated group of business owners, professionals, authors, sales persons and marketers. We are experts in the field of education and faith based.

SHEMICIA BOWEN / FOUNDER OF LADIES WHO LEAD
Founder of Ladies Who lead, Project Manager, Motivational Speaker and a life booster. Shemicia Bowen specializes in, career, business and personal development for woman to create success that is balanced, with an emphasis on leading woman.
Bowen climbed the ladder in the telecommunications industry with support from the Urban League of Greater Richmond Young Professionals, an organization whose goal is to develop young community leaders beyond their 9-to-5 lives. Through her roles in various leadership positions, Bowen has pushed the organization to engage politicians in candidate forums while leading voter registration drives.
Bowen remains committed to empowering younger people to get involved in their communities. Through the Queendom Project, which began in 2000, she works with young women on navigating careers and life in the ways she wished had been available to her. She was a presenter during forums at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in April, and in January plans to offer a workshop in Alabama.
“I feel like it’s my responsibility,” Bowen says of the initiative. “I didn’t want to be one of those girls who took the wrong path. This is what I was destined to do.”

Adrienne Chantell Johnson, Co-Founder of ARTisan Cafe, Mentor and Advocate in our communities .ARTisan Café hosts pop-ups for local artists, crafts persons and small-batch specialty food companies to showcase and sell their work and foodstuffs. Starting in Richmond, Virginia, Johnson and Short were committed to provide a platform within the growing art and food scene in their hometown because of the visible absence of artists-of-color and women.
